A Safe Environment Training Session is scheduled for this Thursday, March 21st, at 6:00pm in the parish hall. If you are a volunteer who works with children in the parish, this is a Diocesan required training. Please call the office if you plan to attend.


Help make the Church beautiful for Easter- make a donation to help purchase Easter flowers! Click the following link to make a donation on our WeShare online giving site  or you can place your donation in an envelope marked Easter Flowers and drop it in the offertory basket. If you would like your flower donation to be in honor/memory of someone, please include their name in the envelope. A list of honorings/memorials can be found here:


Men of the Parish! Here is your chance for a deeply meaningful Lenten sacrifice.  Come journey "Into the Breach: An Apostolic Exhortation to Catholic Men."  This is a spiritual reflection series that will encourage, challenge, and call forth to mission every willing man of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church."
The journey continues at 7:30am in the deSales Chapel on Saturday, March 23rd. A light continental breakfast will follow. Sessions continue each Saturday with the final session held Saturday, April 13th.
This event is sponsored by the Knights of Columbus Sons of Mother Seton Council. 


Spring Games 2019 is just around the corner.  Special Olympics Cumberland County needs volunteers for this event on April 12th from 8:30 am until 2:00 pm at Methodist University.  St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Volunteers will be escorting athletes from event to event and assisting these talented athletes through various competitions.  Volunteers registered before March 15 will be provided with a T-shirt and lunch.  Volunteers will be emailed detailed instructions a few days before the competition.

The Easter Bunny Needs Your Help! Our annual Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for Sunday, April 14th at 2pm. The Easter Bunny is seeking donations of individually wrapped candy. Donations can be placed in the decorated box in the gathering space (Please bring in by April 10th). Sign up now if you wish for your child to participate in the Egg Hunt (ages walking to 10 years)! We also need adult volunteers to donate refreshments, help hide eggs, lead groups to their ‘hunting areas', and to help serve refreshments following the hunt. Sign up sheets are in the gathering space. 



40 Days for Life Spring Campaign started March 6, 2019 and runs through April 14, 2019.  40 Days for Life is a focused pro-life campaign with a vision to access God's power through prayer, fasting, and peaceful vigil to end abortion.  During these 40 days, we ask for volunteers to stand and pray at the local abortion center, Planned Parenthood on Yadkin Rd.  To register and sign up for hours, please visit  With your help, we can save our pre-born brothers and sisters.  For more information, contact Karinna Brown at

 Tax season is upon us! If you need your 2018 contribution statement, please call or email Kate in the parish office (910-488-1797/ and we will mail or email you your statement to you. Please call as we do not automatically mail statements out.

 We're having a Parish Yard Sale and we need your treasures! 
If you are spring cleaning, downsizing, moving, etc, and don't know what to do with your stuff-we have the answer! We are currently accepting gently used items for our spring yard sale. Donations can be dropped off during regular office hours. We do not accept clothing, shoes, purses, large appliances, computers, printers, TV's (except flat screens), car seats or cribs (or mattresses). 
Just want to have your own yard sale? We are also renting spaces for $20.00-which includes 1 table. The Yard Sale is scheduled for Saturday, April 6th. Set up begins at 7:00am, sales begin at 8:00am. For more information or to rent a space, please call the parish office. Deadline to rent tables is April 1, 2019.
