Senior Fitness

 

Meeting times: Monday 1pm and Wednesday 9:30am

Instructor: Stacey Cashwell

Senior Fitness meets weekly in the parish hall.  It is open to anyone 50+ (although no one is turned away).  Sessions last 1 hour and focus on balance, strength, and some cardio.  Participants supply their own hand weights and are encouraged to wear clothing in which they can move freely. Stacy is a certified aerobics and senior fitness instructor as well as a registered nurse.
