St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Sponsors a Cub Scout Pack and a Scout Troop

Scouting is a fantastic program for youth that is based on the following attributes: Trustworthiness, Loyalty, Helpfulness, Friendliness, Courtesy, Kindness, Obedience, Cheerfulness, Thriftiness, Braveness, Cleanliness, and Reverence.  The program focuses on the outdoors; camping, hiking, etc.--but also offers opportunities to explore a wide spectrum of topics from robotics and computer programming to archery and climbing.

Scout Troop 82 for youth 11 and older who have completed the 5th grade. Meetings are held Mondays from 7:00pm-8:30pm in the parish hall.

Catholic Scouting Mass of Thanksgiving

In light of the difficulties and circumstances that we have all been facing with COVID-19, we need to give thanks to the Lord for the continued blessings we have each received, both personally and in Scouting. Please join the Raleigh Diocese Catholic Committee on Scouting for a Catholic Mass of Thanksgiving at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2021, at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, Apex.

WHO: All Scouts, their leaders and families are invited, regardless of their faith tradition.

WHAT: Catholic Mass of Thanksgiving with celebrant Fr. Scott McCue

WHERE: St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 3008 Old Raleigh Rd., Apex NC 27502

WHEN: 10AM on Saturday, October 9th

WHY: To give thanks to God, His blessings, and bringing this pandemic to an end…and lunch will follow.
